Meet Carla

I'm Carla, I live in my little farmhouse on the pond along with my husband, our four kids, two dogs, and a duck. I love a strong cup of coffee in the morning to kick start my day, and while I'm not exactly the outdoorsy type, I do love being out in nature, especially by the water. I like to think of myself as the supermom who's really nailing it in life, but let's be honest here...most days I'm doing good just to keep everyone fed and alive. 

 

As someone who has been on the betrayal trauma journey for over 10 years myself, I know the road that spouses and partners affected by infidelity, porn or sex addiction walk. It can feel incredibly lonely, painful, and even shameful at times. All too often, the spouse of the unfaithful, or addict, has little to no support for their healing and recovery, I want to help change that! As a coach, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify and achieve their personal goals for recovery and beyond, we will learn new skills, and explore potential roadblocks to their success while creating a plan to overcome those obstacles. 

 

I love working with my clients and seeing them grow and heal right before me. It's a true honor to walk alongside someone in the midst of their struggle and to witness the gift of recovery.
